Returns:

A return must be initiated within 20 days of receiving and must be in an unused condition. Packs will be inspected upon receival to determine the packs condition. If the pack is in a used condition a refund will not be issued and the pack will be returned to you. To initiate a return please email neighborhoodpacks@gmail.com Please include tracking and order number.

  • Buyer pays for postage

  • 20% restocking fee

  • Refund issued within 14 business days of pack being received

Cancel an order:

Orders can be cancelled without any fees within 10 days of the order being placed.

If an order needs to be cancelled after 10 days from the purchase there will be a 30% cancellation fee subtracted from your refund amount.

Warranty:

Each pack comes with a limited warranty. Within the first year we will cover any damage that is deemed to be a manufacturer defect. If the item is repairable we will do so, if the item is not repairable we will replace the pack with a new one.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from use, lost or stolen items, or misuse/uncared for items.

It will be at our discretion whether the damage is a warrantable item, repairable, or needs full replacement.
