  • Do you have lead times on your products?

    Yes, currently our lead time is 12 weeks. It is unlikely but this is subject to change due to order volume.

  • What's the difference between the Meadowlark and Crestone?

    Size. The internal volume of the Meadowlark is 30L while the internal volume of the Crestone is 40L. Their built with a similar feature set- please see individual listings for further details.

  • Are your packs waterproof?

    We do not claim our packs to be waterproof. However, we use fully waterproof materials and our packs are fully seam taped. We are confident your pack will perform well in inclement weather.

  • What's the difference between EcoPak and UltraGrid?

    EcoPak EPX200 and Ultragrid are both recycled, non-toxic, and waterproof technical fabrics. They will perform similarly but do have many differences

    • Weight; Ultragrid is the lighter fabric. At 3.9 oz/yd2 it is lighter than the EPX200 5.9oz/yd2.

    • Ultragrid is more tear resistant and abrasion resistant.

    • EPX200 is more economical at a lower cost.

  • Do you offer customizations?

    As of now, all of the pack build options are available in the listings.

  • How do I clean my pack?

    For best results, hand wash with gentle soap and hang to dry. Do no machine wash or dry.

  • How does shipping work?

    Once your pack is fully built and ready to be sent you will receive a tracking number via email. We utilize all domestic shipping providers depending on your location.
